We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may simply return it for a full refund of merchandise cost or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
The item must be returned in its’ original condition. You will be responsible for the proper packaging of the return. The product price will be refunded in full. Shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns.

In the instance of a defective/broken product or incorrect order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund all costs (except the shipping charges) associated with the purchase. To be eligible for a full replacement or refund for a defective or broken item, contact us within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, the item may be subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
In the instance of a refused the purchase item or package, shipping charges will not be refunded.
When will I be credited for my return?
We credit your account as soon as we process your return and receive the merchandise, generally within 1 to 5 business days following the receipt of the return. Check with your bank or credit card institution to see when they will report the credit to your account.

It is not necessary to create an account, as you will receive an automated order confirmation and shipping notification via email. However, if you decide to create an account, your address information will be saved for future orders and you can check the status of your order at any time by selecting the create account option.
